We may not be able to escape all stresses of life but can all benefit from giving ourselves the breathing space to think. Psychotherapy can provide us with a means of exploring what we think and feel about ourselves and others and aims to increase our self awareness within a therapeutic relationship. It can be can way of enhancing our life and making different choices.

Psychotherapy and Counselling in Brighton, Haywards Heath and London

My name is Isabella Florschutz and I run a Psychotherapy and Counselling practice in central Brighton and Haywards Heath.

I offer an Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling approach to understanding the human being and draw on various therapeutic tools to enable me to meet individual's needs. I am committed to providing a confidential and non-judgemental environment for clients.

Workshops
I run self development workshops using various creative arts methods to explore our inner selves and offer art groups for the elderly.

Qualifications and Experience
I am a fully qualified and professional Psychotherapist and have experience working with professionals and people from all walks of life in various settings. I am accredited with the UKCP and a member of the BACP and abide by their codes of ethics.

Appointments
To arrange an appointment or for an exploratory chat call me on 01273 204837 or contact my email address. An initial consultation can be made at a mutually convenient time and then we can decide if therapy would be beneficial to you and if we can work together. I offer open-ended sessions and short term contracts with an agreed number of sessions. Sessions are usually at the same time each week.

My practice is close to the centre of Brighton:
19 Montpelier Crescent, Seven Dials, Brighton BN1 3JF
10 minute walk from the station and serviced by the bus routes 50, 27. Meter parking available in crescent.

Haywards Heath address:
The Vinings Natural Health Centre, Church Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1HQ
Free car parking available. Appointments on Wednesdays.

London Address
